We will start out in a simple canyon, allowing you to discover the different techniques of progression: jumping, swimming, water slides and abseiling, in the completely unspoilt natural surroundings of the upper Loup valley. We will explore a very narrow canyon, offering numerous opportunities for abseiling down this impressive site. You are sure to be amazed by the extreme sensations you will experience jumping,and swimming down the natural waterslides in the crystal clear waters…!

We will finish at the end with a Pic Nic make sure to bring some water and food.
