Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours, specialists in discovery and entertainment experiences on the French Riviera, is looking for a talented Events Coordinator to organise and oversee our events. This role is crucial to the success of our activities, from guided tours to evening entertainment.
Missions
- Planning and organizing events
- Managing and supervising teams at events
- Communicating and promoting events
- Customer relations: responding to customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Budget management for each event
Skills
- Solid professional experience in event organisation
- Excellent project management skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English; other languages an asset
- Knowledge of event management tools and social media
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to event requirements.
- Drive and team spirit
