FAQ

Look for our team at Apollo Statue holding a red Umbrella or wearing a badge with our logo. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you don’t miss the introduction!

Our tours have no set price. Instead, you are free to tip the guide at the end based on what you feel the experience was worth. This ensures our guides provide the highest quality service every single time. And yes, 100% of your contribution stays with the guide and the local team to keep the tours running.

Share your feedback experience with a good review on TripAdvisor or on Google reviews.

The Day Tour focuses on the history of Old Nice, the Flower Market, and the major landmarks. The Night Tour is a more atmospheric experience, focusing on local legends, the social scene, and the ‘vibe’ of the city after dark. Both are complementary, many guests do both!

For our public free tours, we accept bookings for up to 6 or 8 people. If you are a larger group (schools, corporate, or big families), please contact us for a Private Tour. This ensures a better experience for your group and our other guests.

You can easily manage your reservation through the link in your confirmation email. Since spots are limited, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it, so we can open the spot for other travelers.

Yes! Most of our route in Nice is accessible. However, please be aware that the Old Town has some narrow, cobbled streets. If we head to a viewpoint with stairs, your guide will always show you an alternative ramp or elevator route.

Parking in central Nice can be tricky. We recommend the Parking Place Masséna or Parking Sulzer, both of which are a short walk from our meeting point. For a cheaper option, consider the ‘Parc-Auto’ relay lots at the edge of the city and taking the Tramway.

The tour typically lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours. We cover a comfortable distance at a moderate pace, with several stops to sit or stand in the shade.

For ‘Free Tours,’ guides primarily accept Cash (Euros). Many of our guides also carry QR codes for digital tips (Revolut, Lydia, or PayPal), but cash remains the most reliable way to thank them.
