We went to Nice on our honeymoon and neither of us had been there before. The price of the tour was obvious great, but our guide Tracy really went above and beyond to make the whole tour an amazing experience. She also had a young woman training with her whose name I forget, but she was also amazing. She took time to talk with us individually and both gave us gelato, restaurant, and general Nice/French Riviera recommendations that we loved.
It was so great learning history about the city and what life is like there from a local.
We also did the day trip to Monaco from Nice. We got lucky and had Tracy again for that tour. She is so friendly and personable. We had a small group and she took the time to talk to each of us and listened to our input on some aspects to personalize the tour a bit. Monaco was gorgeous; if you are visiting Nice, you should definitely spend a day there!
If we had more time, we would have definitely taken more tours with this company. When we visit again, we will!

I thoroughly enjoyed the free walking tour. It covered a lot of the city and provided just enough history to be interesting without boring. Highly recommend if you want to see most of Nice, plus you end at the top of Castle Hill where you can hang out, take lots of pics and have a drink.

With his explanations and anecdotes about each unique place in Nice (which, as he says, will make your head explode and cannot be found on Google) There were 4 of us, with 2 teenagers, and the best thing was that he got their attention and that they had a good time (they usually shuffle their feet with a straight face).
