Can the walking tour of Nice be done with a baby stroller? Yes it is possible we are happy to welcome families in the tour. You can use your stroller in the old town and on the Promenade des Anglais.
We end the tour at the castle of Nice so you can take the elevator while your guide walks up and meet the guide with the group at the top of the castle. Purchasing your tickets, you understand that it’s not a private tour and it may be a large group, however we will give our best to accommodate everyone and have a Nice tour together. During the tour we stop few minutes at the flower market «Cours Saleya » where you can discover and buy local food. Don’t forget to take a small bottle of water, sunglasses and a camera. There are toilets in the Cours Saleya. Wear shoes you can walk in, as this is a good walk of the ‘best bits’ of beautiful Nice. The walking tour of Nice is available as private tour. The price of the tour was obvious great, but our guide Tracy really went above and beyond to make the whole tour an amazing experience. She also had a young woman training with her whose name I forget, but she was also amazing. She took time to talk with us individually and both gave us gelato, restaurant, and general Nice/French Riviera recommendations that we loved.
It was so great learning history about the city and what life is like there from a local.
We also did the day trip to Monaco from Nice. We got lucky and had Tracy again for that tour. She is so friendly and personable. We had a small group and she took the time to talk to each of us and listened to our input on some aspects to personalize the tour a bit. Monaco was gorgeous; if you are visiting Nice, you should definitely spend a day there!
If we had more time, we would have definitely taken more tours with this company. When we visit again, we will!
